Sample approval
Before committing to a full order, request product samples for quality verification. We arrange dispatch of physical samples directly to your address.
- Physical samples dispatched within 5–7 business days
- Sample cost is credited against your first bulk order
- Quality, packaging, and certification documents sent together
Order & production
Once you confirm the order, we manage the entire production process — factory liaison, quality checks, packaging, and export documentation preparation.

Shipment & delivery

What is an indenting agent and how is CONNECKD different?
An indenting agent acts as your buying representative in Pakistan — we source, negotiate, and coordinate on your behalf without you needing to travel or manage local suppliers directly. Unlike a trading company, we don't hold stock. We work transparently so you always know the manufacturer and pricing.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Each product has its own MOQ based on the manufacturer's requirements. MOQs are listed on every product page. For new buyers, we actively negotiate reduced trial MOQs so you can test quality before committing to large volumes.
Can I get Halal, Organic, or other certifications?
Yes. We specifically work with certified manufacturers. Halal certification, GOTS, COA lab reports, phytosanitary certificates, CE marking, and ISO documentation are available for most product categories. Specify your requirements in your RFQ.
Can you do private labelling and custom packaging?
Absolutely — private label and OEM is one of our core services. Your brand name, logo, and packaging design can be applied to most products. Minimum quantities for private label vary by product and are noted in the quotation.
What are the payment terms?
Standard terms are 30–50% advance, balance before shipment. For established buyers we can arrange letter of credit (L/C) or other trade finance arrangements. All terms are discussed and agreed during the quotation stage — no surprises.
How long does delivery take?
Production lead time is typically 2–6 weeks depending on product and quantity. Sea freight to GCC takes 7–12 days, UK/EU 20–28 days, USA 25–35 days. Air freight is 3–7 days to most destinations. Timelines are confirmed in your quotation.
